Performs entry-level accounting activities under Controller supervision, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, monthly workpapers, transaction research, AP vendor GL coding, inventory cycle counts, budgeting, audit support, and fixed asset recordkeeping. Leads enterprise manufacturing compliance and CMMC/CPCSC certification readiness across U.S. and Canadian facilities. Translates regulatory requirements into operational procedures, training, audits, physical security controls, and compliance metrics. Oversees ITAR, EAR, CUI, and related requirements; coordinates with IT, Quality, Operations, Facilities, Engineering, HR, and Trade Compliance. Prepares sites for assessments and customer audits, tracks corrective actions, supports ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits, and reports compliance status to executive leadership. Travel of approximately 30–40% is required.

Supports dealership accounting through inventory stocking, general ledger entries, accounts receivable invoice entry, internal invoicing, bank deposits, reconciliations, inventory updates, and data entry. Requires accounts receivable and bank reconciliation experience, Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate numeric data entry, strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Auto dealership accounting system knowledge is helpful but not required. The role may involve lifting up to 25 pounds and moving up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Provides administrative and customer service support for the Patron Office, including handling patron inquiries, booking gifts, managing membership benefits and database records, coordinating solicitations, billing, reservations, communications, events, and backstage tour check-ins.
