Build and productionize edge and teleoperation software for field data capture and operator tooling. Develop device management, sensor orchestration, real-time data pipelines, annotation workflows, and deployment/configuration tooling. Support live systems onsite, instrument for observability, and collaborate with product, research, and operations to scale deployments across manufacturing sites.

Lead development of Avride's control system by architecting and shipping Model Predictive Control (MPC) solutions in modern C++, identifying vehicle dynamics parameters from real-world data, profiling for real-time performance, and providing technical leadership, code review, and mentorship to a small controls team while aligning with Planning and Hardware.

Own end-to-end software and controls for a new warehouse automation product: integrate perception, motion, PLCs, conveyors, and robotics; design vision rigs and models; build production software backbone; commission and deploy systems onsite.

Support Deployment Engineers in commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing warehouse robots. Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) to assist with pilot programs, document issues and SOPs, and relay feedback to development teams. Gain hands-on exposure to electro-mechanical diagnostics and software/hardware testing.

Design and implement geometric path planners and time-optimal, jerk-limited trajectory optimizers for high-DOF manipulators. Integrate perception into collision-aware planning, validate on hardware, and optimize cycle-time in constrained container environments using MoveIt/ros_control and motion-planning frameworks.
