Lead and scale field operations across HVAC, plumbing, and water heater services. Own operational P&L, set KPIs and SOPs, coach General Managers, optimize field service technology, drive customer experience, and lead market expansion toward a path to COO.

Validate and test BSA/AML and financial crime models (TM, sanctions screening, KYC scoring). Use R and SQL/MySQL to perform statistical, ML, and data quality analyses, run stress/sensitivity tests, document findings, recommend mitigations, and support audits and governance in line with regulatory guidance.

Own SLA/KPI performance, work order processes, reporting, staffing, vendor/subcontractor oversight, ServiceNow and CCaaS integrations, compliance with state security standards, and client/stakeholder engagement to ensure contractual obligations and continuous improvement.

The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop products, analyze specifications, create engineering drawings, and work closely with senior engineers to meet customer requirements.

Designs, implements, maintains, and secures campus wired and wireless networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and telecommunications systems. Monitors ISP connectivity, resolves escalated help-desk tickets, manages backups and network appliances, supports telephony and video surveillance, and works with vendors to evaluate new technologies.

Prepare and edit radio and TV station logs for broadcast, manage and download commercial spots and paid programs, reconcile and investigate log discrepancies, communicate with internal and external teams, and produce continuity reports. Support the Traffic Team and perform other assigned duties.

Provide sales and engineering CAD support by creating 2D/3D concept sketches and detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for quoting and production. Maintain CAD libraries and standards, interpret schematics and component specs, and support design of PLC control panels, power distribution systems, and custom enclosures in manufacturing and renewables.

Lead and manage radio, live event, and digital sales teams to drive revenue. Recruit, train, coach, and set sales metrics; develop and execute integrated sales strategies; grow key accounts; maintain field presence and deliver customized proposals to optimize campaign results.
