Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and debt compliance for multiple property portfolios. Provide accounting support to internal and external stakeholders, train/lead other accountants, complete special projects, and develop process improvements while ensuring regulatory and confidentiality compliance.

Lead day-to-day creation, planning, publishing, and optimization of native social content (video, photo, copy). Shoot/edit video, manage content calendar and freelancers, build branded series, amplify UGC and creators, partner cross-functionally, track trends and metrics, and turn analytics into recommendations to grow reach and engagement.

Lead financial and operational analyses to optimize working capital, improve financial processes, automate reporting, support SAP implementation, evaluate capital structure and financing, and produce executive dashboards and presentations to inform strategic finance, treasury, and acquisition decisions.

Coordinate and lead volunteer packing sessions, provide hospitality, perform repetitive warehouse tasks (cleaning, labeling, palletizing), operate retail/donation register, maintain food safety and facility cleanliness, assist with site projects and trainings, and support a welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experience.
