Manages emerging specialty accounts for Bose Luxury brands, driving revenue, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and sustainable growth. Develops account strategies, conducts virtual product training, strengthens reseller relationships, and identifies opportunities through sales data and partner feedback. Owns performance reporting, collaborates with marketing, demand planning, supply chain, and sales leadership, and supports strategic retail and custom integration accounts in a fully remote environment.

Leads complex audio product development from concept through launch, coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams, external partners, and contract manufacturers. Designs and integrates acoustics, DSP, algorithms, firmware, software, hardware, and SoC elements. Drives engineering plans, feasibility assessments, risk resolution, technical deliverables, regulatory compliance, and product-cost targets. Develops and validates audio algorithms and system-level processing architectures using C, MATLAB, Simulink, and real-time DSP techniques.

Leads Bose’s global visual identity and brand expression across product launches, campaigns, photography, video, experiences, partnerships, packaging, and physical environments. Defines creative systems, directs external partners, translates product innovation into emotionally compelling storytelling, and ensures consistent brand execution. Builds and mentors multidisciplinary creative teams while collaborating with Brand, Product, Partnerships, Experiential, Communications, and Marketing leaders.

Lead system-level evaluation and deployment of Bose licensed audio technologies for consumer products. Assess customer architectures, Bluetooth and DSP platforms, embedded systems, acoustics, and end-to-end implementations. Provide technical recommendations, lead customer reviews, resolve cross-functional issues, support audio tuning and root-cause analysis, and align solutions with Bose standards. Collaborate with global engineering, product management, business development, OEMs, and technology partners.

Develop, port, optimize, and deploy Bose audio DSP algorithms across diverse embedded hardware and software platforms. Work with customers and partners on technical requirements, prototyping, tuning, integration, troubleshooting, benchmarking, and product delivery. Apply expertise in audio and speech processing, noise reduction, microphone arrays, fixed-point optimization, acoustics, and embedded firmware while collaborating with global engineering, product, and business teams.

Two-year Finance Rotation Program involving assignments across FP&A, accounting, internal audit, treasury, and business partnering. Participants support functions including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, Supply Chain, and Automotive while developing global finance, technical, and business skills. Successful participants are expected to transition into a longer-term finance role.

Owns Bose’s global Design to Launch enterprise process, including process architecture, governance, stage gates, financial integration, KPIs, digital enablement, launch readiness, and transformation strategy. The role drives cross-functional adoption across product, engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, suppliers, and external development partners. It improves product development speed, predictability, economics, quality, and lifecycle outcomes across integrated hardware and software products.
