Owns program delivery strategy, governance, executive reporting, staffing, roadmap execution, risk escalation, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Requires UI design experience, 2D and 3D graphics software proficiency, game engine implementation experience, collaboration skills, and a professional portfolio.

Align stakeholders, partners, engineering, SRE, and technical operations teams around scalable, reliable, cost-effective capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements definition, customer research, competitive analysis, KPI development, strategic planning, and delivery of technical products for global studios and publishing teams.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for 2K Technology’s cloud and physical infrastructure and developer tools. Align infrastructure, engineering, SRE, technical operations, partners, and studio stakeholders around scalable, reliable, cost-effective technology capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements definition, customer interviews, competitive analysis, strategic planning, KPI development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of high-quality technical products.

The Manager will lead marketing initiatives for NBA 2K, focusing on player engagement and retention through strategic campaigns and content creation.

Lead a small engineering team while coding hands-on to extend Unreal Engine’s Gauntlet automation framework. Build test harnesses, input simulation, AI-driven test agents, telemetry, reporting, and scalable test infrastructure. Partner with studios and technical leaders, communicate risks and tradeoffs, manage the platform roadmap, and reduce technical debt. The role requires deep Unreal Engine and C++ expertise, engine-level testing experience, team leadership, and software telemetry or instrumentation experience.
