Leads the vision, roadmap, governance, and operating model for TransUnion’s TruIQ Analytics Platform. Partners with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Solutions, and Commercial teams to develop scalable SaaS capabilities incorporating analytics, AI, ML, decisioning, and data services. Defines requirements, success metrics, adoption strategies, and platform standards while supporting global rollout across multiple solution domains and geographies.

Entry-level data scientist supporting development, testing, and deployment of analytical and machine learning solutions. Analyze large datasets, perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation. Create reports, visualizations, and presentations, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on research and data-driven projects.

Develop predictive risk management and business intelligence solutions for financial services clients. Lead descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using large datasets and statistical techniques. Program in R, Python, and SQL, present insights to executives and customers, support proposals and product adoption, and mentor junior colleagues. Develops and supports big data pipelines for Marketing Services products. Responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, configuring and validating ETL integrations, transforming and debugging data pipelines, supporting deployment from scoping through delivery, troubleshooting data issues, and advising clients on measurement products. The role manages multiple engagements, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to product-led initiatives involving analytics, data visualization, and marketing technology.

Handles consumer disputes, credit report and score inquiries, complaints, and email operations. Resolves issues within service-level agreements, drafts accurate responses, escalates sensitive cases, analyzes complaints across multiple applications, and coordinates with banks and consumers by phone and email. Maintains quality and accuracy standards while working onsite, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.

Develop fraud risk management and business intelligence analytics using machine learning, graph technologies, large-scale datasets, NLP, and LLMs. The role analyzes petabyte-scale data, builds fraud models, delivers insights to customers and executives, and identifies opportunities to adopt analytic products. Candidates will use Python, PySpark, cloud platforms, distributed computing, unsupervised modeling, deep learning, and graph-based approaches.

Develop and operate a large-scale batch processing platform for TransUnion’s credit business. Responsibilities include migrating on-premises workloads to GCP, automating batch triggers and workflow configurations, improving platform scalability and reliability, and supporting petabyte-scale data processing. The role requires Java, Spark, Hadoop, cloud, microservices, database, frontend, and basic AI expertise.

Drive new business growth for TransUnion’s Consumer Lending and Card markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing client relationships, leading presentations and negotiations, closing strategic deals, and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role requires financial services sales expertise, executive-level relationship building, market knowledge, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions and support product innovation. This is a remote position with occasional work-related event attendance and travel.
