Manage and grow Crunchyroll’s strategic global partnerships with Connected TV and platform partners. Develop partner strategies, serve as the primary relationship contact, identify product and growth opportunities, monitor performance, lead business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams across marketing, analytics, finance, product, engineering, and content operations. Represent Crunchyroll at partner meetings and industry events while driving subscriber and revenue growth.

Processes domestic and international vendor and contractual payments, reviews invoices and approvals, performs reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, supports tax compliance, intercompany transactions, AP reporting, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, Treasury, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely payments across multiple entities and currencies.

Leads Crunchyroll’s global collectibles supply chain and manufacturing strategy, including sourcing, supplier management, production planning, inventory, logistics, and product-launch readiness. Partners cross-functionally to optimize quality, cost, capacity, delivery, and operational risk. Oversees supplier performance, forecasting, KPI reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement across international manufacturing operations.

Supports Crunchyroll’s company-wide SOX program through planning, scoping, control documentation, process-owner training, evidence standards, testing coordination, issue remediation, and reporting. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and business teams to maintain audit-ready documentation, evaluate financial reporting controls, resolve deficiencies, and improve scalable internal control processes.

Leads Customer Experience process excellence, operational transformation, governance, and cross-functional program execution. Designs and owns a process change framework, maps and redesigns workflows, establishes operating models, manages operational readiness and change initiatives, and develops governance, reporting, documentation, training, and continuous improvement practices. Partners with CX leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, scalability, employee experience, and customer outcomes, including through AI and workflow automation.

Leads Crunchyroll’s enterprise-wide AI enablement strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption. Identifies opportunities to redesign workflows with AI, agents, and automation; translates business needs into scalable solutions; partners with Engineering, Data, IT, and Enterprise Technology; manages external experts and vendors; builds AI learning programs, playbooks, communities of practice, and measurable adoption capabilities; and leads a lean, high-performing team.

Design and lead scalable backend systems supporting search, recommendations, personalization, metadata, ranking, and content discovery. Make architectural decisions for distributed services, APIs, indexing pipelines, caching, resiliency, observability, and high-throughput performance. Collaborate with product, data, machine learning, and platform teams; improve experimentation, developer productivity, deployment safety, and reliability. Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive alignment across organizations.

Manage go-to-market execution across the UCANZ region, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, partner initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders. Track subscriber, engagement, revenue, and campaign performance; develop dashboards, reports, business reviews, and executive recommendations. Improve operational workflows, maintain project documentation, remove blockers, and support regional leadership across Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics, Finance, Lifecycle, Operations, and external distribution partners.

Leads IT and security governance, risk, and compliance programs across globally distributed teams. Plans and tracks initiatives, manages schedules, dependencies, risks, audits, controls, vendors, and remediation activities. Establishes repeatable processes, coordinates stakeholders, facilitates meetings, and communicates progress to senior leaders. Requires extensive program management experience, knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks, audit and assurance expertise, and strong cross-functional communication skills. This is an onsite role in Dallas with occasional travel.

Lead Crunchyroll’s enterprise-wide AI Enablement function, setting strategy, priorities, operating models, governance, and adoption metrics. Identify and redesign workflows using AI, agents, and automation; translate business needs into scalable solutions; and partner with Engineering, Data, IT, and Enterprise Technology teams. Build AI fluency through learning programs, playbooks, and communities of practice. Manage external experts and vendors, lead a lean high-performing team, and report progress to the Executive Office.
