Build, deploy, and operate production-grade data pipelines and data products for healthcare audiences. Design transformations, data models, and governed views using Python, SQL, Airflow, S3, Snowflake, and EMR. Implement data-quality, monitoring, and privacy-by-design controls for PHI/PII. Partner with product, analytics, and platform teams to onboard sources, support audience discovery, segmentation, activation, measurement, and troubleshoot production issues.

Partner with sales to lead technical evaluations for enterprise prospects: run demos, proofs-of-concept, architecture and security reviews, and drive deployments. Advise stakeholders from data teams to C-level, inform product roadmap with prospect feedback, create demo content, and occasionally travel for on-site demos and events.

Provide advanced L2 technical support for Runpod customers: troubleshoot escalated issues, analyze logs and code, use scripting and diagnostics, liaise with engineering and infra teams, create documentation and training, and deliver multi-channel support including weekend availability.

Develop and maintain software applications on the ServiceNow platform, perform integrations, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with clients.

Lead a cloud-focused full-stack engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable, high-availability web platforms and APIs. Mentor engineers, improve architecture and test coverage, ship features in React/AWS container environments, and drive observability and resilience.

Lead technical sales cycles for enterprise AI agent deployments: discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and technical close.
