Partners with the VP and CTO to manage operational execution across the GS&A practice. Serves as Chief of Staff, coordinates leadership forums and events, tracks strategic initiatives and KPIs, manages headcount and budget forecasting, oversees reporting and dashboards, and drives AI adoption and citizen development programs.
