Support opportunity intake, contract vehicle intelligence, meeting/workflow management, and proposal/capture activities while producing concise, decision-ready summaries.

Drive outbound prospecting to create qualified pipeline for Account Executives by engaging senior finance leaders at mortgage lenders. Research accounts, personalize outreach, conduct initial qualification, schedule high-quality meetings, maintain Salesforce records, follow up on marketing/webinar leads, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and grow product and industry knowledge toward eventual presentation and AE responsibilities.

Make 100–150 outbound/inbound calls daily to prospective and current customers, explain product/service features, resolve queries and grievances, document interactions in CRM, meet call targets, update customer database, and close sales to earn performance-based incentives.

Own inbound and outbound sales activities: qualify leads, run product demos, craft tailored technical solutions, handle account setup and technical questions, collaborate with sales and product teams, and close new customers to drive growth.

Develop territory-based livestock feed sales by assessing customer feeding programs, recommending Purina solutions, growing dealer/co-op relationships, running on-farm demos and events, and using CRM/analytics to drive sales and customer service.
