Provide back-office support to Sales and Service managers across North America: run sales reports, submit administrative paperwork, maintain territory maps, coordinate meetings and travel, support the IFS business unit, and assist on special projects to ensure smooth sales operations and strong customer service.

Support Solutions Engineers and Account Executives in technical sales: discovery, demos, documentation, and customer workshops. Develop foundational knowledge of Talkdesk cloud contact center and AI solutions, create demo assets and technical materials, and collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to drive customer outcomes and competitive positioning.

Make daily outbound and inbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and develop prospects; run lead generation campaigns; build trusting client relationships; use Salesforce and email to follow up; collaborate with the inside sales team and deliver exceptional service.

Initiate outbound prospecting to schedule introductory meetings for Digital Engagement Solutions sales teams using phone, email, and LinkedIn. Map target accounts, log interactions in Dynamics CRM, follow up on content downloads, support trade-show and in-person meeting scheduling, and become expert in CSI products, competitors, and payments.

Provide administrative and account support to the Sales team: prepare quotes and customer documentation, process requests and samples, coordinate with Operations/R&D/Regulatory, assist onboarding, and act as primary contact for routine customer inquiries to ensure timely, accurate customer service and project execution.

Identify and qualify ecommerce prospects, execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, cold calls), manage and nurture a sales pipeline in CRM, design outreach strategies with sales leaders, support Account Executives on discovery calls, and contribute to sales process improvements.

The Producer/External Sales is responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, and building partnerships with stakeholders.
