Own discovery, architecture reviews, demonstrations, proofs of concept, evaluations, deployments, and expansions. Lead Solutions Architecture across complex enterprise sales, customer implementations, renewals, and expansion. Own technical customer relationships, design proofs of concept, resolve pre-sales issues, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build and coach the Solutions Architecture team, establish operating processes and metrics, identify market trends, influence product roadmaps, and develop executive-level relationships with financial institution and fintech customers.
