Originate fundraising, run due diligence and investor meetings, execute distribution strategies, manage pipeline and CRM activities, coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, operations and marketing, drive advisor engagement and investor communications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead market growth in the Miami territory by generating and nurturing leads, conducting outreach and presentations, managing long sales cycles, analyzing trends, maintaining CRM contact data, and building lasting client and internal relationships to drive sales of community management SaaS solutions.

Work on data visualization and data management within the Data Analytics & Insights team. Build interactive displays and tools using JavaScript and Python, translate complex data into clear visuals, ensure data accuracy, support data storage solutions and processes, perform quality checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and environmental scientists.
