Own Revenue and Onboarding Operations for Toast Retail, partnering with Sales and Onboarding leaders to improve pipeline, conversion, productivity, onboarding throughput, and time-to-go-live. Diagnose operational data, design and launch growth pilots, define process and system requirements, improve sales-to-onboarding handoffs, and drive cross-functional adoption. The role requires hands-on roadmap ownership, SQL analysis, Salesforce fluency, applied AI usage, and influence across technical and business teams.

Provides internal end-user support for CRM, CPQ, and PSA tools through help desk tickets, Teams, and email.
