Build, maintain, and optimize cloud data pipelines and dbt models; design Airflow DAGs; implement dimensional models and BI dashboards; integrate healthcare data with HIPAA-compliant practices; contribute to RAG pipelines and MLOps workflows; review contractor code, monitor data quality, and document designs following governance standards.

Lead paid acquisition strategy across complex, multichannel client programs, owning budgets, targeting, creative testing, forecasting, and optimization. Audit measurement, model payback, LTV, CAC, and ROI, and translate data into client decisions. Partner with CRO, analytics, engineering, lifecycle, and creative teams to deliver integrated programs. Influence executive stakeholders, identify account expansion opportunities, support business development, coach junior strategists, and build scalable AI-assisted workflows and brand-specific AI agents.

Build and lead Replicant’s company-wide AI enablement program. Develop MCP integrations, shared agents, agent identity management, enterprise tool connections, reusable AI workflows, and cost-visibility mechanisms. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, Engineering, and other teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, promote AI literacy, and develop internal champions. Optimize AI systems through model routing, prompt caching, better agent design, and secure infrastructure.

Own the reporting, data, processes, tooling, and AI infrastructure supporting Customer Success across Rootstock’s multi-brand B2B SaaS portfolio. Build account intelligence, health and forecasting models, Salesforce data standards, Voice of Customer programs, segmentation and capacity models, playbooks, and cross-functional operating forums. Partner with Support, Sales, Product, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and Finance to improve retention, expansion, customer insight, and scalable execution.

Leads employee benefits and total rewards strategy, including self-funded health plans, compensation programs, vendor relationships, HRIS administration, compliance, claims analysis, cost containment, open enrollment, and executive reporting. Partners with leadership, Finance, and HR to optimize benefits, compensation, healthcare costs, and employee value.

Supports and enhances integrated finance systems across Quote-to-Revenue, Order-to-Cash, billing, and revenue recognition workflows. Configures and integrates Zuora applications with Salesforce and NetSuite, translates business requirements into functional specifications, troubleshoots reconciliation and data issues, performs testing and deployments, and supports SOX and ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment while delivering automations, analytics, and continuous system improvements.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers, onboard and drive product value, build relationships, craft success plans, influence product roadmap, and guide security and incident-response stakeholders on web/cloud security using IONIX technology.
