Lead and scale the Customer Success organization to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive retention, renewals, expansion, upsell and net revenue retention. Build high-performing teams, own forecasting and renewal processes, manage strategic enterprise relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to increase product adoption and customer health, and represent Keeper in executive customer engagements and industry events.

Lead HRIS and SSO integration setup, testing, and troubleshooting for new and existing customers. Configure integrations with major HRIS platforms, validate data flows, support onboarding calls and dashboard demos, document processes, and collaborate with engineering, CX, and sales to resolve issues and improve integration workflows.

Own end-to-end patient engagement campaigns for pharmaceutical clients: kickoff through launch and measurement, manage setup, quality control, reporting, client communication, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Deliver role-specific training to dealership fixed-ops staff on myKaarma's SLT product suite, act as an SME for product and dealership processes, run multiple daily training sessions, document outcomes, schedule follow-ups, complete product activations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Serve as product expert working with Account Managers to perform needs analysis, configure/demo solutions for existing customers, maintain demo environments, create presentation materials, map customer requirements to product features, and liaise with internal teams to support upgrades and implementations.

Manage operational success of university partnerships by coordinating launches, aligning cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, driving change management, and using data to enhance student and partner outcomes.

Provide email-based billing and RCM technical support for B2B SaaS customers, triage and escalate tickets, assist engineering with issue prioritization, maintain deep product knowledge, improve customer experience, and identify product enhancements to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
