Portray varied personalities, facilitate debriefs, score performance, complete operational tasks, and provide excellent customer-service hosting. Must adapt to proprietary technology, follow policies, and meet scheduling, training, and connectivity requirements for overnight shifts.

Lead global renewal strategy and operations to maximize retention. Design cross-functional processes, AI-driven analytics, early-warning indicators, and annual planning. Align Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and Marketing, advise senior leadership, and manage a team to scale renewal lifecycle improvements.
