Support development and administration of global corporate insurance and risk management programs. Manage insurance renewals, multi-line claims (reporting, development, settlements), procure insurance and surety bonds, coordinate service providers, assess reserves, generate loss histories, support risk-reduction policies and audits, and assist the Director of Risk Management on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Perform fundamental equity research across US Industrials sub-sectors: develop primary sources, analyze financials, build valuation and comparable models, quantify risk/reward, assess sector and macro risks, and communicate investment ideas.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance work including budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Support month-end close, build scalable reporting and scenario/sensitivity analyses, evaluate contract economics and capital decisions, and prepare materials for leadership, board, and investors.

Oversee lease accounting for global portfolio, coordinate payments and notices, partner with external advisors, and lead a small team while improving processes and cross-functional controls.

Serve as a strategic partner to operations by analyzing revenue, enrollment, labor, and expenses. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards; perform variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses; support month-end close; develop KPIs and actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability across multi-unit school operations.

Prepare and compile U.S. GAAP financial statements and regulatory filings, support external audits, perform technical accounting research, and help implement Workday Financials for accurate GAAP reporting across a multi-entity insurance group.
