Provide high-judgment executive support to the CFO and scoped support to senior Finance leaders: manage calendar strategy, board/investor and financing logistics, planning-cycle coordination, meeting readiness, action tracking, travel and expense logistics, and confidential materials. Improve executive leverage through prioritization, communication triage, lightweight systems, and coverage within the Executive Support team.

Coordinate creative ad trafficking and QA for regional and national OTT campaigns. Track assets and schedules, input agency traffic instructions, QA creative specs and sensitive content, manage SLAs and deadlines, and work with AdOps and sales teams to ensure proper creative delivery.

The Ops Lead ensures compliance with regulations, monitors KPIs, optimizes revenue cycle processes, facilitates training, resolves issues, and collaborates with departments to meet revenue goals.

Provide business systems analysis for a defined process area: elicit requirements, document processes and use cases, perform feasibility and cost/benefit analyses, assess system impacts, collaborate with stakeholders and IT, support end-user training, resolve process/system issues, and report project status.

Support and maintain endpoint and server environments using KACE and Microsoft technologies. Build and deploy images and packages, create deployment media and custom reports, provide Tier 2/3 triage and remediation, manage AD/GPO and Hyper-V VMs, perform proactive monitoring and vulnerability scanning, and create scripts to automate tasks. Must meet IAT Level II certification baseline and obtain/maintain government clearance.
