Administer and maintain IonQ's Salesforce Government Cloud org for federal sales: govern access and compliance, build declarative enhancements, manage data quality and releases, support Salesforce Shield controls and audits, produce reports/dashboards, triage federal requests, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.

Manage and coach a team of datacenter trainers to design and deliver technical workforce training, assess learning needs, close operational training gaps, partner with site managers, and align training with availability, safety, and throughput goals across global datacenters.
