The Data and Reporting Architect will lead the design of data architectures and reporting systems, addressing complex data challenges and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, defining data quality frameworks, and collaborating with various teams to implement scalable solutions.

Lead enterprise data architecture, governance, integration, and platform roadmap. Establish data models, lineage, cataloging, access controls (RBAC/ABAC/IAM), and M&A data integration while partnering with Finance, GTM, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Product to ensure trusted, secure, and usable enterprise data.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports. Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure, Excel and other sources, perform data modeling and DAX calculations, validate data, and document data models and reporting logic while partnering with business stakeholders.

The Analytics Architect will design and implement cloud-based analytics solutions, maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead BI & analytics delivery for clients: manage BI analysts, oversee data mapping, governance, tabular models, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with clients and engineering to develop analytics roadmaps, optimize Power BI models, automate data workflows, and drive platform-scale BI solutions.

Lead actuarial analyses for value-based care, forecasting Medicare risk and financial performance using large claims and EHR datasets (CCLF, BCDA). Build SQL data structures, IBNR and risk score projections, create executive dashboards, support budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance under CMS/CMMI programs.

Serve as a client-facing business systems analyst who gathers and translates user needs into functional/system requirements, develops queries and documentation, supports testing and implementation, and maintains client system knowledge. Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to plan projects, perform impact analyses, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement.

Lead GHG inventories and sustainability reporting for real estate clients; manage data collection, onboarding to Conservice's platform, quality-checking, and client communications. Produce analyses (e.g., SB 253, embodied carbon), prepare reports and submissions, collaborate with internal teams and external assurers, and drive process improvements to support sustainability program delivery.

Process and QA/QC LiDAR point clouds and derivative products (DEMs, DTMs, TINs, contours); coordinate surveys; develop and optimize LiDAR SOPs, metadata, and technical reports; train staff and support client technical communications.

The Sr. Data Modeler designs and implements data architectures, optimizes SQL queries, and develops data pipelines to support analytics initiatives ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
