Owns VASA Fitness’s HRIS strategy and Dayforce transition from ADP. Leads HCM configuration, implementation, integrations, security, compliance, data integrity, reporting, upgrades, issue escalation, and continuous optimization across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits.
