As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the proposal process for federal contracts, collaborate with teams, and manage proposal timelines. Your role is pivotal in supporting national defense by delivering compliant, high-quality proposals that align with U.S. Department of Defense needs.

Lead end-to-end program management for concurrent Information Security, IT/infrastructure, and Enterprise AI initiatives. Build and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, dashboards, and executive reporting; identify and mitigate risks; coordinate cross-functional working sessions; track action items and metrics; and drive follow-through to deliver programs on schedule.

Lead and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM implementations (3–16 months) managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams. Own end-to-end site execution, cross-functional coordination, financial and risk management, stakeholder communication, and team mentorship to ensure on-time, on-budget commissioning and go-live.
