About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client programs and projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Serving as the primary point of accountability, this role drives project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at building relationships, navigating complexity, facilitating decision-making, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. This role also contributes to the ongoing growth and maturity of the PMO by promoting delivery best practices and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate clear, consistent, and outcome-focused communication across all project stakeholders.
Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Project Delivery & Execution
Lead project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
3-5 years of project management or program management experience.
Experience within Financial Crime Compliance, financial services, risk management, or related industries preferred.
Experience supporting client-facing projects and implementations strongly preferred.
Exposure to pre-sales and/or post-sales environments is a plus.
