Coordinate cross-functional teams, executive stakeholder communications, escalations, delivery schedules, scope, risks, and revenue recognition while improving Professional Services PM processes, tools, metrics, and templates.

Support enterprise healthcare implementations by validating data, managing workstreams, communicating with clients, troubleshooting data/configuration issues, identifying risks, and owning deliverables to drive value-based care outcomes.

Own and govern the Professional Services delivery methodology, tooling, and escalation frameworks. Maintain portfolio health reporting, run RCA post-implementation, enforce PS tooling adoption, and develop implementation playbooks for different customer segments. Drive consistency across IMs and CSMs to reduce churn and improve go-live outcomes.

Provide CTI-wide delivery enablement and project management support, coach teams on best practices, improve use of tools (Wrike/JIRA), and support Product & Pricing Salesforce delivery including planning, testing, and coordination.
