Provide production application support for GovDeals and AllSurplus, responding to incidents, troubleshooting application/database/integration issues, coordinating incident response, performing root cause analysis, producing post-incident reports, maintaining runbooks, and driving process improvements to maintain service reliability.

Install, configure, validate, and customize GE HealthCare patient care infrastructure (monitoring, telemetry, Carescape). Collaborate with sales, IT, biomed and vendors, remediate networks, address cybersecurity, train staff, mentor field engineers, maintain records, and support new product releases. Role requires heavy travel.

Serve as primary support contact for Censis clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues (software and hardware), document communications, escalate when needed, participate in on-call rotation, coordinate with internal teams, and support process-improvement efforts.

Serve as the primary US IT contact, providing first-line support, managing helpdesk tickets, configuring and imaging devices via Workspace ONE, handling onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle, maintaining IT asset records, and coordinating office infrastructure with vendors to ensure secure, reliable workplace technology.

Serve as first contact for helpdesk tickets, resolve Tier 1/2 issues across macOS/Windows, manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle, lead IT knowledge management (Confluence/Helpdesk KB) with machine-readable documentation for AI assistants, and perform Tier 2 SaaS administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Freshservice).
