As a Sage Intacct Consultant, you'll guide clients through software implementation, deliver training, provide exceptional post-implementation support, and ensure successful project delivery.

Provide front-line technical support for developer customers: debug and ship fixes, convert recurring issues into permanent solutions (docs, product changes, agent improvements), train and refine AI support agent, create guides, proactively build customer relationships, and advocate customer needs across the company.

Provide frontline support to travel advisors via chat, email, and 1:1s; troubleshoot technical issues; become a product and AI expert; create support documentation; collaborate with product and engineering to improve workflows and automate support processes.

Lead client relationships from implementation through ongoing support, define client-specific KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, represent client needs to Product and Engineering, produce case studies, and drive strategies that improve outcomes and reduce cost for health plan clients.

Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 Customer Success Managers to improve onboarding, retention, and lifetime value. Handle escalations, refunds/chargebacks, coach CSMs on objection handling, monitor KPIs, refine processes and SOPs, collaborate with Sales/Marketing, and provide daily reporting.

Lead customer engagements and analytics projects to ensure clients maximize solutions' value. Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement and manage project delivery. Build strong customer relationships and communicate data insights effectively.
