Provide onsite first/second-level desktop support via phone, walk-in, and ServiceNow tickets. Troubleshoot hardware, OS imaging/configuration, printers, mobile devices, basic networking and VPNs. Maintain ticket updates, knowledgebase articles, and client documentation; participate in help desk queue and occasional on-site travel.

Lead strategy and operating model for bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. Drive automation and AI adoption, establish scalable workflows and KPIs, grow and mentor a 25+ person team, and partner cross-functionally to align product, fintech, and go-to-market for seamless, compliant financial service delivery.

Serve as first point of contact for internal associates, troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone/chat/ticketing, document solutions, escalate when needed, and maintain strong communication and IT process knowledge while supporting custom applications.

Enable, optimize, and sustain operational systems and workflows by gathering requirements, configuring and supporting SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues, supporting testing and UAT, developing reports and dashboards, creating documentation and training materials, and driving continuous improvement and governance compliance.

Coordinate and track FAA Directives and publications from initiation through final approval. Manage SharePoint trackers, monitor directives mailbox, prepare and format document packages, apply basic edits, ensure Section 508 accessibility, route packages via EDMS, liaise with stakeholders, and provide status updates to keep projects moving to completion.

Set vision and multi-year roadmap for Foundation and Network operational processes. Design, integrate, and continuously improve cross-functional processes and enabling systems; partner with senior leaders and IT to ensure alignment and adoption; lead change management, training, and governance; monitor process performance and drive data-informed improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
