The Director of Revenue Operations will lead B2C operations, driving revenue growth while managing a team and optimizing Salesforce workflows.

Contract IT System Administrator to manage and harden multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructure and Microsoft 365 identity/collaboration stack, support endpoints and managed IT/security SaaS platforms, automate routine tasks with scripting, maintain documentation and compliance posture for Department of War mission spaces, and serve as hands-on technical escalation for operational issues.

Contract IT System Administrator to manage and harden multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructure and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, support endpoints and managed IT/security SaaS, automate admin tasks with scripting, maintain documentation, and help meet DoW security and compliance expectations.

Own and automate IT workflows and SaaS integrations (identity, collaboration, core business apps). Configure SSO and identity protocols, maintain DNS and email security, troubleshoot endpoints and apps, support SOC 2/SOX compliance, document standards, and partner cross-functionally to scale reliable, secure IT systems.

Support Strategic Accounts by developing and maintaining Health System/IDN/GPO bids, renewals, and proposals. Serve as liaison to customers, assist with contract administration, compliance, pricing analysis, financial impact reports, query/report development, trend analysis, and process improvements. Compose technical correspondence and act for manager as needed.

Investigate health insurance claims to identify recoverable losses from third parties, document findings in systems, negotiate with members/adjusters/attorneys, review contracts, prepare expense spreadsheets, and process recovery payments.

Manage all phases of subcontract administration including acquisition planning, cost analysis, negotiations, compliance, and closeout. Support proposal evaluations and maintain subcontract files, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage all K-12 school operations including curriculum oversight, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and stakeholder relations. Supervise 5–10 FTE, implement school improvement plans, recruit and place teachers, guide academic leaders, ensure legal and special education compliance, and foster an inclusive, data-driven instructional environment. Travel about 15%.

Implement and optimize GTM systems across sales and marketing: integrate CRMs, automate lead generation/enrichment, build dashboards, support outbound campaigns, maintain data pipelines, and troubleshoot GTM tools to improve pipeline efficiency.

Own and optimize Care Center website operations on Drupal, manage support queue and vendors, escalate and resolve complex technical issues, track KPIs, support online scheduling rollout and related digital projects (SEO, ORM, DAM).
