Lead and develop a distributed onboarding operations team, maintain SLAs, make complex onboarding decisions, drive process and tooling improvements, manage workload and staffing, use operational metrics to monitor performance, and partner cross-functionally to improve onboarding effectiveness.

Support and manage EHR Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability lifecycle activities. Monitor and triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and vendors, run testing and validation, document interfaces and workflows, and support onboarding and go-live for partners. Own data‑center consolidation and exit programs, EOSL/risk management, DR testing, vulnerability/patch management, monitoring/observability and SRE practices, governance and documentation standards, and vendor/stakeholder coordination while running agile delivery cadences.

Lead and modernize GTM systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, enrichment tools), build automation and AI workflows, own data quality and integrations, and manage a small team to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue operations for pricing, packaging, CPQ/Q2C automation, and marketplace operations. Support Learning Services by executing LMS builds, content administration, enrollments, reporting, quality checks, and learner support following SOPs. Track requests, escalate complex issues, and maintain documentation to ensure timely, accurate delivery of training programs.

Conduct case file reviews and monitor data integrity and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, support audits, process payments and billing, maintain reporting tools, and train/coordinate local QA staff to ensure program accuracy and prevent disallowed costs.

Manage the final stages of mortgage loans to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings. Prepare Closing Disclosures and closing packages, coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies and settlement agents, maintain loan records in Encompass/LOS, resolve closing issues, and ensure CFPB/TRID and investor compliance while supporting operational performance goals.

Provide administrative support to Advisory Partners and teams including preparing reports, typing correspondence, maintaining electronic filing systems and spreadsheets, client communication, scheduling, proofreading, and multi-tasking during busy seasons.
