Analyze ad performance metrics (revenue, CPM, fill rates), produce regular reports, support yield and ad ops to optimize inventory across direct and programmatic channels, perform basic forecasting and scenario analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document insights and testing frameworks to improve monetization.

Lead the engine room team to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of main engines and machinery. Oversee repairs, dry-docking work, and adherence to safety and STCW requirements. Perform power-on sequencing, first-line troubleshooting, log collection, incident support under senior guidance, and contribute feedback to tooling and documentation while learning system architecture and networking fundamentals.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of Sales Finance data by validating expense coding, supporting commission processing, managing event budgets and swag orders, researching financial questions, and designing/updating training materials while partnering with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement.

Support execution and processing of wires, ACH, securities, and other electronic transactions. Perform wire input/repair, set up/modify ACH/EDI instructions, assist cash pooling and sweep setups, support claims and reconciliations, ensure compliance with banking and BSA regulations, and contribute to reporting and risk controls.

Provide general administrative support including greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail, records, supplies, scheduling meetings and travel, assisting HR tasks, liaising with vendors, tracking budgets, and other office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Develop, test, and deploy features for the core product while collaborating with product, design, and QA. Participate in code reviews, write clean documented code, troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, and contribute to process and tooling improvements. Part-time (up to 20 hrs/week), temporary through year-end with potential to extend.
