Partner with the co-founders to convert organic traction into a repeatable growth engine: set growth strategy, run and scale initiatives (SEO, socials, outreach, paid, partnerships), use AI and automation to amplify output, measure performance, and own brand positioning and narrative.

Support social media presence by planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts across platforms; assist influencer research, outreach, and partnership tracking; contribute content ideas and support community engagement.

Lead growth marketing initiatives, run metric-driven user acquisition experiments, collaborate with product and engineering, support product marketing, and analyze user feedback to improve conversion rates.

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing function, execute strategies for customer engagement, and drive product launches while collaborating with the CEO and founding team.

Lead Brentwood School's comprehensive advancement strategy, growing major gifts, annual giving, alumni engagement, and donor relationships. Build and manage a high-performing advancement team, strengthen systems and data practices, partner with the Head of School and Board, and prepare the institution for future philanthropic initiatives including capital campaigns.

Own affiliate partner lifecycle: prospect and recruit partners, analyze daily performance, optimize acquisition for ROI, negotiate and scale relationships, and use AI tools to identify and grow traffic sources.
