Own and maintain lifecycle marketing systems: administer Hightouch reverse ETL, monitor syncs and pipeline health, triage martech issues, partner with engineering and marketing on implementations, document configurations, manage access and governance, support audience segmentation and QA, and identify automation opportunities while building solutions with AI.

Assess and interpret customer needs, identify solutions for non-standard requests, solve moderately complex problems, and translate concepts into practice. Work independently, coach and guide less-experienced colleagues, and support meeting sales promotion/marketing targets within a matrix organization and deadline-driven environment.
