The Role

The Carbon Robotics LaserWeeder™ leverages advanced robotics, computer vision, AI/deep learning, and lasers to eliminate weeds with sub-millimeter accuracy—all without herbicides. This innovative solution reduces environmental impact, promotes soil health, and helps farmers address labor shortages and rising costs. Designed in Seattle and built at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Richland, Washington, the LaserWeeder is setting a new standard for automated weed control. With $157 million in funding from prominent investors such as BOND, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture arm), Anthos Capital, Fuse Venture Capital, Ignition Partners, Revolution, Sozo Ventures, and Voyager Capital, Carbon Robotics is driving innovation.

Role Overview

This role focuses on video production, graphic design, and marketing content creation that supports brand awareness, product marketing, and sales initiatives.

The position is remote, with occasional travel to farms and field locations to capture photo and video content of our technology in action.

This role will report to the Sr. Content & Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling visual content that showcases Carbon Robotics technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media
  • Travel periodically to farms and field locations to capture real-world product video and photo content
  • Design digital marketing assets including graphics, ads, and website visuals
  • Create trade show booth graphics and event marketing materials
  • Develop and design presentation slides for sales, marketing, and executive presentations
  • Produce short-form video and visual content optimized for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and product storytelling
  • Maintain consistent brand visuals across all marketing materials
  • Help organize and manage marketing visual assets and content libraries
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital media, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proven video production and editing experience
  • Strong visual storytelling and graphic design skills
    Familiarity with social media content and best practices
  • Experience creating presentation decks and marketing collateral
  • Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to farms and agricultural locations
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience in B2B, robotics, agriculture, or technology marketing
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Experience creating trade show or event marketing materials

Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:
$72,000$85,000 USD
