The Sr. Solutions Engineer will drive sales execution, lead onboarding process for enterprise clients, and develop a GTM strategy while leveraging technical fluency and enterprise selling skills.

The Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solutions for enterprise customers in analytics, AI, and data automation. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud data integration and collaboration with sales teams to drive success.

Work with prospects and customers to understand technical needs, deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution architectures for Akuity's GitOps platform. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope implementations, collect requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying lifecycle.

Serve as technical lead for strategic cloud, database, and technology partners: design and validate integrations and reference architectures, run POCs and enablement, support partner go-to-market and customer engagements, develop technical content, and leverage AI tools to accelerate solution development and partner enablement.

Customer-facing pre-sales role responsible for technical demos, discovery, solution design, and demo environment management for Euna's Budget, Grants, and Procurement suites. Partners with sales, product, and services teams, supports RFPs and security reviews, and assists post-sales handoff and product feedback. Requires demo database maintenance, integration and data migration knowledge, and occasional North America travel.

Serve as the technical backbone for sales by guiding prospects through evaluations, delivering customized demos, resolving technical/security questions, collaborating cross-functionally for onboarding and implementation, influencing product roadmap, and leading internal product enablement to drive client success for email and AI marketing solutions.

Conduct proofs-of-concept, ensure customer stability and enablement, support sales processes, create technical content (blogs, webinars, talks), and travel up to 20% to build and maintain customer relationships.

Lead technical solutioning and POCs for enterprise supply-chain pursuits, focusing on freight audit and pay. Drive discovery, executive demos, value engineering, integrations, security/compliance discussions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to close Fortune-1000 SaaS deals.
