Lead sales and business development for Emerald’s Boutique and Swimwear categories at Surf Expo. Build and expand exhibitor relationships, source and close new partnerships, exceed revenue targets, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success, Buyer Relations, and development teams to improve client outcomes and optimize the event floor mix. Track performance in internal sales systems while serving as an industry and product expert.

Own sales and revenue operations workflows, including territory design, Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasting, quota setting, compensation tracking, reporting infrastructure, and process documentation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk to improve forecast accuracy, operational consistency, and scalable revenue processes. Apply AI tools to automate workflows and support reporting and territory analysis.

Provides technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat; diagnoses hardware, software, networking, and product issues; documents cases; escalates complex problems; collaborates with development teams; supports testing; creates knowledge-base content; produces reports; and works variable shifts, including holidays.

Manages schedules, logistics, communications, learning materials, and multiple initiatives while applying generative AI and digital learning tools.

Manages commercial contract intake, triage, and negotiation within approved templates and playbooks. Partners with attorneys on complex matters, improves contracting processes and documentation, enables business teams, and drives legal technology initiatives. Owns CLM, repository reporting, AI adoption, templates, approval workflows, and multiple concurrent projects while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Privacy, and Business Systems.

Leads GM Insurance’s regulatory and statistical reporting processes, including reporting inventories, filing calendars, data analysis, validation, reconciliation, controls, documentation, and submissions. Partners with Legal, Accounting, Actuarial, Claims, Product, Operations, Technology, and Data teams to resolve data issues, support audits and regulatory inquiries, improve data quality, and automate reporting processes. Requires advanced SQL, Python experience, insurance reporting knowledge, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
