Take escalations from L1 and the ticket queue to resolve moderately complex issues (data validation, workflows, configuration). Use SQL to investigate data and validate reports, document findings, escalate cleanly to L3, expand the internal knowledge base, assist frontline support as needed, and apply basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) to reproduce or check issues.

Serve as primary administrative contact for Relation's largest commercial clients: ensure accurate, timely policy documents and renewals, resolve client issues, support remarketing and proposals, review policies/audits/cancellations, coordinate with carriers on claims and corrections, adopt proprietary technology/AI, and perform related account servicing tasks.

Provide remote administrative and clerical support including scheduling virtual appointments, preparing and distributing reports and internal communications, maintaining filing and database systems, updating policies and procedures, and assisting managers and team members with administrative projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Clinical Director in a fully remote telehealth setting. Manage calendar and meeting logistics, capture meeting notes, track action items, and maintain organized documentation. Act as a liaison across Front Desk, Marketing, Clinical HR, Credentialing, Billing, and Finance to ensure timely follow-through and operational updates. Conduct research on tools and support cross-departmental projects to improve clinical operations.

Provision, configure, and deploy Motorola Emergency Call Handling applications; gather requirements, document designs and changes, provide training and cutover/go-live support, troubleshoot application issues, and liaise between customers, sales, deployment, product, and support teams. Travel to customer sites frequently to implement and verify solutions.

Maintain, optimize, and support client package-based applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle). Customize core modules, contribute to technical and business blueprints, perform unit and integration testing, deliver end-user training, and support vendor management and solution design.

Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts, determine transfer equivalencies, advise students on transferable credits and degree completion, maintain SIS/CRM records, coordinate with Registrar and academic units, and produce reporting to support articulation and student success.
