Lead management of complex property, casualty, catastrophe, auto, and workers' compensation claims; oversee TPAs and vendors; evaluate coverage, reserves, and settlements; mentor claims staff; drive process improvements, KPIs, and catastrophe response.

The Payroll Implementation Manager will manage the payroll implementation process, ensuring data integrity, customer success, and collaboration across departments to deliver an optimal experience for clients automating H-2A visa solutions.

Provide mainframe operations and application support across IBM and Unisys environments (OS2200, z/OS, z/VM). Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, scheduling (OpCon/BMC), tape systems, and incidents using ITSM tools, perform IPLs, change management, RCA, and coordinate with government and customer personnel. Work 3rd shift and follow DISA processes and SLAs.

Lead the supply side of an early-stage two-sided marketplace: recruit and retain partner businesses and contributors across verticals and geographies, own geo rate cards, capacity forecasting, contributor experience (onboarding, payments, support), and partner with platform on self-serve tooling. Close partners directly and optimize pricing, economics, and systems for scale.

Manage disposition of REO property portfolio from acquisition through sale: analyze valuations (appraisals, BPOs), develop sales strategies, oversee vendors, track timelines and performance, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, and recommend process improvements to maximize recovery and minimize costs.

Review and analyze post-closing contractual obligations to support accurate and timely distribution of transaction funds. Coordinate with operations and internal teams, prepare release materials, manage a portfolio of post-closing releases, resolve problems to mitigate risk, ensure quality and timeliness, support special projects, and deliver training as needed.

Cross-functional Business Operations Engineer who investigates operational issues, designs and implements scalable solutions, builds automations and internal tools, develops SOPs, and leads process improvement projects. Collaborates with teams to streamline workflows and ensure adoption of improvements.

Administer and optimize DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, and ICS POS systems across multiple locations. Configure items, pricing, promotions, and site settings; test changes; provide Level 3 troubleshooting for terminals, kiosks, payment and connectivity; liaise with vendors; maintain data integrity, SOPs, and training materials; monitor performance and reporting; and partner with teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Support the CEO with documentation, meeting structuring, tracking cross-functional commitments, preparing board and planning materials, scheduling, and maintaining execution dashboards to reduce CEO cognitive load.
