Manage IBM DS8000/DS8950F arrays, GDPS replication, TS7700/TS7780 virtual tape, Safeguarded Copy, backup/recovery strategies, capacity and performance planning, DR drills, automation with REXX/JCL, 24/7 on‑call support, documentation, and mentoring.

Own day-to-day fraud operations for internal and BPO teams: manage people and vendors, develop and get SOPs compliance-approved, maintain QA scorecards, drive process improvements using data, balance fraud prevention with user experience, and serve as escalation point.
