Own marketing for the company’s At-Need business, including positioning, packaging, product and market launches, consumer messaging, referral-partner marketing, and the full demand funnel. Designs and executes end-to-end quality assurance testing for Federal Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions. Tests functionality, performance, security, APIs, data transformations, authentication, and integrations with legacy systems. Identifies defects and risks, validates technical specifications, tracks quality metrics, and collaborates with architects, developers, program managers, and business analysts. The role requires strong API testing expertise, MuleSoft knowledge, Federal security and compliance awareness, U.S. citizenship, and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Conduct third-party certification audits of client management systems against ISO standards, both onsite and remotely. Develop audit plans, review documentation, evaluate conformity and effectiveness, document findings and nonconformities, communicate results, assess corrective action plans, verify corrective-action effectiveness, and maintain accurate audit records while ensuring objectivity, impartiality, and confidentiality.

Own customer technical issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex networking and security problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
