Success requires hands-on ownership, strong prioritization, numerical rigor, consumer empathy, and the ability to build trust and conversion in a sensitive, high-consideration category.

Administers accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, credit evaluations, account reconciliations, customer record maintenance, and aging reports. Resolves billing issues, supports revenue recognition, sales tax application, lien documentation, commission calculations, financial close, audits, and process improvements. Partners with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments, accurate records, and compliance with company policies.

Maps OR and procedural workflows, answers nursing and perioperative questions, translates customer needs into product value, and shares feedback with product and implementation teams. Develops reusable demo scripts, clinical talk tracks, and objection-handling materials. Travel to customer sites is required approximately 25–50% of the time.

Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for digital products. Lead journey digitization, automation, experimentation, and AI-enabled improvements across client experiences, operations, and technology. Validate opportunities through data, prototypes, and client insight; partner with engineering, design, and operations; manage technical trade-offs; communicate decisions to stakeholders; and ensure compliance with financial services regulations.

Maintains financial records, records and reconciles general ledger transactions, compiles financial data for balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements, and assists with analyzing costs, revenues, commitments, and future expenses.
