Serve as the front-line receptionist managing visitor check-in, switchboard/phone routing, meeting room setup, basic A/V and connectivity troubleshooting, catering coordination, temporary badge/access activation, light administrative tasks, and training a backup while maintaining professionalism and security protocols.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Procuring Managers across the bid and engagement lifecycle: manage bids, client communication, job setup and changes, expense reimbursements, vendor onboarding, and generate operational reports to ensure timely, accurate project execution.

Manage and adjudicate standard and moderately complex life, annuity, and RPS death claims up to $1M. Validate beneficiary designations, ensure claims are in good order, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, escalate complex cases, and communicate with beneficiaries, agents, and internal stakeholders. Use digital claims systems and imaging tools; participate in training and development.

Lead day-to-day configuration, operation, and optimization of MarTech and subscription systems (paywalls, messaging, consent, analytics). Translate business needs into platform configs, manage integrations and data flows, collaborate with engineering and legal, own launches, QA, and post-release monitoring to improve conversion, retention, and monetization.

Drive operational excellence for the Customer Experience organization by establishing cadence, improving processes, leading cross-functional projects, building KPIs and dashboards, producing executive reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve customer outcomes and organizational alignment.
