Lead strategy and execution of enablement programs for Sales teams, ensuring effective engagement with prospects and improving performance metrics. Build scalable processes, enhance onboarding experiences, and manage training resources for rapid team development.

Provide 1st–2nd line IT support for executives in the New York office, manage high-priority incidents via ServiceNow, troubleshoot Microsoft and mobile technologies, administer Active Directory, escalate to technical teams, support desk moves and out-of-hours events, and maintain compliance with FCA and ITIL practices.

Provide executive support to the CRO and commercial organization: manage calendars, travel, inbox triage, and meeting ops; run the sales rhythm of business; prepare presentations and Salesforce-sourced reports; coordinate events and on-site support; handle expense reconciliation, contracts, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to keep the global sales org operating efficiently.
