Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect across channels to qualify leads against the ICP, book sales appointments, maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), collaborate with marketing, support sales materials, and stay current on industry trends and competitors to drive revenue growth.

Provide front-desk reception and hospitality, manage office facilities and supplies, support onboarding/offboarding and interview logistics, coordinate Staff Care programming and materials, maintain workflows in Asana, assist with shipping and administrative tasks, and support Employee Experience events and daily office operations in the Arlington office.

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) to qualify leads and book discovery meetings. Collaborate with Account Executives, hit activity and meeting KPIs, use sales tools and AI, and develop toward a full-cycle sales role.
