Own monthly close activities across multiple entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and crypto subledger maintenance. Reconcile centralized and decentralized trading activity, prepare P&L schedules, manage billing and revenue tracking, support tax and entity structuring, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with payroll operations. Build financial models and reporting tools while coordinating with external accountants and institutional partners.

Lead the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program for a regulated fintech payments business. Responsibilities include maintaining policies, risk assessments, controls, and governance; translating regulations into product and control requirements; conducting counterparty due diligence; delivering training; supporting audits and regulatory examinations; and advising Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and other teams on compliance risks. The role requires deep payments, digital assets, blockchain, sanctions, AML, and fintech compliance expertise.

Supports day-to-day operations for tokenized investment funds by reviewing NAVs and financials, monitoring fund activity, coordinating accounting, audits, tax reporting, and service providers, resolving reconciliations and discrepancies, managing documentation, and supporting digital-asset and stablecoin workflows.

It is designed for a recent finance or related-field graduate with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and data manipulation skills.
