Hands-on financial leader responsible for end-to-end accounting, month-end close, regulatory filings, FP&A, financial modeling, internal controls, and scaling the finance function. Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk and present financial analysis to leadership and board to inform strategy and ensure regulatory readiness.

Lead the accounting function through a first-year GAAS audit, remediate historical balances, own multi-entity month-end close, write and defend U.S. GAAP technical memos, manage auditors and advisors, build NetSuite and close automation, own equity/ASC 718 accounting and disclosures, and develop the accounting team toward PCAOB-readiness and public-company reporting standards.

Manage month- and quarter-end close, IFRS parallel books, reconciliations, and financial statements. Support regulatory reporting, audits, forecasting, financial analysis, modelling, and stakeholder business partnering. Lead process improvements, oversee outsourced finance providers, and drive finance transformation and system implementation projects.

Lead full-cycle accounting for fiat and BTC transactions, manage global crypto-to-fiat payroll, oversee liquid assets and on-chain operations, implement crypto-native accounting software for reconciliation and reporting, and ensure compliance with international tax and reporting requirements for a Bitcoin Layer 2 project.

Lead the DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network, advising builders and managing a small team while bridging DeFi and TradFi.
