Serves as a finance business partner for designated departments, leading monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis, close package preparation, P&L forecasting, headcount reconciliation, and expense planning. The role collaborates with accounting, executives, HR, and departmental leaders, supports finance and accounting projects, maintains HR system updates, and develops financial models and ad hoc analyses.

Lead insurance risk strategy across Intersect’s energy and infrastructure portfolio. Develop insurance frameworks, assess risk tolerance, coordinate with Google’s insurance team, support policy placement and compliance, manage documentation and certificates, facilitate audits and claims, and oversee insurance budgeting and premium forecasting. Serve as the subject matter expert and cross-functional coordinator for insurance decisions, requirements, and scalable processes.
