About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Industry Research Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on subdivided tracks, screen high-quality targets combined with group strategic direction, establish dynamic industry database to provide data support for investment decision-making.
Investment Full Process Execution: Lead core links such as project valuation modeling, transaction structure design and due diligence, compile professional investment analysis reports to promote efficient project implementation.
Post-Investment Value Management: Monitor financial performance and strategic synergy effects of invested enterprises, formulate post-investment improvement plans and exit strategies to ensure investment return maximization.
Cross-Department Strategic Collaboration: Interface with business department needs, integrate industry chain resources, promote post-investment business integration to achieve two-way enablement between strategic investment and group development.
