Leads forecasting model development, reporting processes, tool implementation, and monthly close activities while communicating insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Owns tax and reporting compliance across federal, state, and local requirements. Responsibilities include payroll reporting and reconciliation in NetSuite, employee onboarding and offboarding, 1099 contractor reporting, audit support, month-end reconciliations, accounting entries, process documentation, and internal-control improvements. The role also supports the Controller and accounting team on special projects in a remote, fast-changing environment.

Owns the end-to-end GTM commission program, including plan administration, quota crediting, payouts, audits, ICM system management, controls, and dispute resolution. Analyzes quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and sales performance; models GTM capacity and forecasts headcount and productivity. Partners with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue, and GTM leadership while using AI to improve reconciliations, audits, and workflow efficiency.

Prepare, review, reconcile, and file high-volume VAT and GST returns across multiple countries and regimes. Manage filing calendars, tax authority portals, digital certificates, payment records, and compliance risks. Own country portfolios, coordinate with fiscal representatives and external reviewers, and resolve discrepancies. Partner with Engineering to automate workflows, improve processes, and scale international tax operations. Support Customer Success through knowledge-base development and customer training.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, audits, compliance, and performance analysis for software business units. Lead close processes, revenue recognition, SaaS metric reporting, M&A integration, and financial system improvements. Partner with the CFO and business leaders to drive operational efficiency, accountability, and informed decision-making while mentoring local finance teams in a remote, international environment.

Maintains general ledger integrity and supports month-, quarter-, and year-end close. Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial packages, audit workpapers, and transaction-cycle accounting across AP, AR, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, debt, leases, inventory, and CIP. Supports Galleon asset accounting, ASC compliance, internal controls, ERP improvements, and cross-functional finance partnerships. Identifies process automation opportunities and provides accounting guidance in a high-growth environment.

Own the operating model, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting. Evaluate new products, markets, channels, partnerships, and vendor spend through financial modeling and unit economics. Support corporate development, capital markets, investor diligence, and build-buy-partner decisions. Partner with executives and functional leaders to improve capital allocation and planning processes, including evaluating and implementing a planning system.
